Vitality Village activity constraints due to Covid 19.

The wellbeing of members and guests is a priority and we have adopted the following temporary changes,

Community Choir and Coffee Mornings: Meeting are suspended until January 2021 when the situation will be reviewed.

Men's Shed / Community Workshop: Open Wednesdays 10.00am until 1.00pm and 1.30pm until 4.30pm. A maximum of 6 members may attend at any one session. Work places are spaced 2 metres apart and face masks to be worn for any closer work. New members wishing to join to call Alan on 01323 833306 / 07946 604201 before attending. Restrictions applying during December 2020 means the workshop is closed until 12 January 2021.

Allotment: Only restriction is to keep social distance of 2 metres.

Walking routes: All open but our annual sponsored walk is postponed.

Constitution

Vitality Villages is an unincorporated community organisation. We are funded solely by its membership, donations and grants. Our Constitution may be downloaded here.

Membership Forms

Here is the general membership form for Vitality Villages and an additional form for the Community Workshop / Men's Shed due to use of power tools and dust risk. Please complete according to your interest.

There is also a copy of our General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which you must read. Completion of the membership form acknowledges you have read and understood it so that we are able to hold and process your personal membership details. If you are unsure about this or have questions please call for clarification

Whilst we have links to and hold some meetings at the Herstmonceux Integrative Health Centre, they have enough to do so for any post or drop-off please use The Village Information Centre, 2/3 The Old Forge, Gardner Street, Herstmonceux BN27 4LG who will receive for us.
